Tropical Storm Otto has become a hurricane while moving northeast away from the Bahamas. Otto has full fledged convection, and there is a slight eye depression forming near the center of Otto's convection. Otto should continue northeast, and eventually turn east before stalling over the Azores, where it will dissipate.
